Sales Performance Manager

Multinational Automotive Company is looking for Sales Performance Manager to join its team

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the performance of a group of dealer consisting of around 10-15 partners
  • Responsible for the achievement of volume and profitability through dealer agreed sales targets and model mix
  • Sales forecasting
  • Standards achievement control 
  • Perform reporting on zone performance and key issues
  • Present and explain the commercial strategy (campaigns, special versions, communication strategy, etc.)
  • Coordinate new product launch in the territory
  • Ensure dealers are compliant with the demo car program set by the company (maximum annual volume, model mix, minimum run rate)

  Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 2+ years of prominent sales experience with multinationals
  • Automotive experience is a plus
  • English intermediate
  • PC highly skilled
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Team leader
  • Mobile
